Airport Pickup
There are two ways that we can
meet arriving passengers.

We can meet the passenger
either at the arriving security gate or in baggage. The driver
will display a sign with the passenger name. Just walk up to the
driver and identify yourself. The driver will handle you baggage for
you. If there is more baggage than the driver can handle, then
upon your approval, the drive will rent a baggage cart for which you
will have to reimburse the driver.

We can meet the passenger as a
WALKOUT.
The passenger who agrees to walk out will pick up their baggage or if
there is no baggage walkout to the curb. When your flight arrives,
the driver will call you and provide you with his cell phone number.
When you are outside the terminal, simply call the driver and advise him
that your outside the terminal. and waiting The driver will tell
you the type of vehicle, color and that he will have the vehicles
flashers on. You will tell the driver what you are wearing. When
you see the vehicle, wave to the driver to get his attention. When the
driver sees you, he will pull over to the curb and load you and your
luggage into the vehicle.
Note:
If for some reason,
you cannot contact the driver, call the main number and the dispatcher
will direct the driver to you.
Airport additional charges
There are no additional charges if you agree to
WALKOUT and meet us at the curb. If you request that we meet you
inside the terminal, there will be an additional charge which varies by
airport. See the price list for details.
Airport to Cruise
Port
When your car arrives at the Cruise Port, your driver
will drop you and your baggage off where the cruise lines baggage handlers instruct us to stop and park.
If you have requested a return trip!
The driver will ask you to
prepay in advance for the return trip.
The driver will provide you with specific
directions for meeting once you disembark the Cruise
ship for the return to the airport or your home. The
driver will supply you with a contact phone number
where you can contact the driver, when you return from
your cruise. The driver will also supply you with an
Anywhere Anytime Business card so that you can contact
our office, if you have any trouble contacting your
driver. The driver will also arrange a pickup time for the return
trip.
If you do not have a cell phone,
the driver will meet you at the cruise terminal with a sign with your name
on it.
Cruise Port
to Airport
If you have a cell phone -
Once you have arrived back in port, please contact
your driver (after 07:00am) to
establish contact and to work out final arrangements.
Mainly, we are looking to reconfirm the pickup time
and
work out any last minute changes to your
schedule that might arise. (example, you will be getting off
at 10am instead of 9am, etc).
Depending on the Cruise Port, your driver may require
1 to 10 minutes to arrive at the pickup location as there is no parking allowed at the cruise terminal. So
please, call your driver and let him know when you are walking out of
Customs.
The drive will reconfirm the type and color of the
vehicle and let you know that he will have his flashers on. When you see your drivers vehicle,
wave to attract his attention.
If the driver cannot locate you and passes your
location, do not worry, the driver, will
call you on your cell phone. You and the driver can immediately work it out.
If you do not have a cell phone -
the driver will meet you outside of the door that you
walk out of\ with a sign with your name on it. Just walk out and look for a
sign with your name on it.

added to your return fare to cover the fees Miami charges us to pick you up
